Curriculum Vitae

Raymond E. Hill, Dr.P.H. is an assistant professor in the Health Services Management department of the College. Research interest is in public health workforce development and application of evidence based decision making in public health.  Extensive experience in international health services management education.

Before joining, the College in 2005 Hill was a full time student, Associate Hospital Director at the University of Kentucky Hospital and served as the Chairperson of the Board of Health in Fayette County.

Research Interests

Dr. Hill’s research interest is in public health workforce development and application of evidence based public health.
